Pamela Adlon

Nothing draws to me anything about her.
Comes off as unlikeable and we already know she's unfunny.

Yes she's very unlikable. Portraying a character based on yourself that exhibits a negative and poor attitude is not conducive to creating a good impression.

Yet Matt LeBlanc does it perfectly on "Episodes." I almost felt sorry for him when he lost half of his $63M net worth.

I loved her Runkle character on Californication. I find her attractive in a drunken one night stand kin d of way.

She's been great ever since she was on Louie Louie and don't forget she did King of the Hill.

She was Marcie in Californication. Marcie is married to Runkle.

reply

Don't think she is funny either. But hey, different strokes for different folks.

She's one of the most creative women I've seen on recent television, a medium that really pigeon-holes types of comic women. She's honest, and always with intellectual integrity. Her humor isn't laugh-at-loud, but so what? It is what it is, and that's always what art should be, like it or not.

What can be asserted without evidence can also be dismissed without evidence.

She may come off as unlikeable, but that's good for a change, because it really seems genuine. There are enough goody two shoes on tv.

I like her, to me she seems like an honest and genuine person who would call you on your sh*t, while also having a good sense of humour and someone you can have a drink with. Plus even though she's more than 10 years older than me I think she's hot.

reply

But she can't act regardless of how hot you think she is.
