Does this sound familiar??

Washington Field
Washington Field is about an elite team within the FBI called the National Capital Response Squad that travels the globe in response to events that concern U.S. national interests.

Edward Allen Bernero (Former Criminal Minds and Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior EP/Writer/Director) was an executive producer for the proposed CBS project Washington Field. The series was created by Jim Clemente (Criminal Minds Consultant/Writer) and Tim Clemente (Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders writer) who were to act as head writers. The show was about the National Capital Response Squad, a unit of the FBI composed of elite experts in different areas who travel around the world responding to events that concern American interest, and starred Eddie Cibrian (Unsub in Criminal Minds) along with Cole Hauser, Gina Torres (Detective in Criminal Minds), Teri Polo (Unsub in Criminal Minds), & Matthew Yang King. The pilot was shown as a TV film in November 2009.

Sound familiar??? It is basically the same plot/outline as Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders just with some words changed. It's like Erica Messer stole the idea from Ed, Jim or Tim (or Ed, Jim or Tim gave her the idea for a spin-off). Also notice the many connections to the Criminal Minds Franchise.

Bernero was also the creator of the similar Crossing Lines (2013) (similar thing different continent), which was a great show for most of the first two seasons, not as much the third.

Yeah I saw that. I haven't watched Crossing Lines myself but it does sound good.

I liked Crossing Lines(mainly Fichtner & Sutherland), but only saw the first season(stupid NBC). One day I'll see the rest. But I don't see that many similarities. If I recall they were made up of people from different country's units. Yes, they both solve crimes. But one could say that is similar with many shows-in reference to the OP. It probably is similar to some movie out there as well(hint Game Of Silence😀).
