The one thing I really can't stand about the show is that the camera is practically everywhere but on the contestant's lips. They go to the crowd, Crissy Teigen, L.L. Cool J and whatever other guest is on the stools, pull back so you can't see their lips, etc. Just a guess but it seems that only about 15 to 20% of the song is spent showing their lips. Oh, well, there's still The Tonight Show where they at least try to do it right.

Yes, I just came here to post about this. Not about the camerawork so much as, yeah, the fact that the actual lip synching sucks, and sucks hard.

I want the doctor to take your picture so I can look at you from inside as well.

Came back to say that although Chrissy Teigen is pretty, she annoys me to no end when the camera cuts to her dancing and singing along with the song. She serves absolutely no purpose on the show. Other than bringing in the male crowd. Yes, I hate the show, but I watch it because I usually dominate the TV and I have to give my wife something to watch.

But she's pretty in the "my sh!t don't stink" kind of way. I don't know, there's something about her that just puts me off. And goddamn, yeah, she serves NO PURPOSE on the show.

I don't hate the show, but the last few episodes are with people I've never EVER heard of - except for Iggy Azalea. But who wants to see an actual singer lip sync? I could watch their appearances on SNL or, back in the day, Soul Train or American Bandstand if I wanted to see that. They shouldn't have singers on the show - that's just dumb.

Meanwhile, Tom Cruise appeared on Fallon and was AWESOME. That's who I want to see lip synching. Actors making idiots of themselves, or knocking it out of the park.

Rant over.

I want the doctor to take your picture so I can look at you from inside as well.

She's a butter face. The her loud, obnoxious, act makes her irritating. I probably wouldn't mind her if she weren't so into herself, it seems.
