Their episode was advertised and it's listed here as airing on 1/28/16 but they showed the Kaley Cuocco and Josh Gad episode instead. There's not even a reference to it on the Spike TV website.
Does anyone have any ideas or news on this?

I came here to ask the same question. I was looking forward to D'Elia vs. Morin because I like their interactions on Undateable. I was actually thinking that the episode was going to be this week because I had forgotten when I first saw their names announced. I just saw a YouTube promo for the Tim Tebow episode, so now I'm confused.
