Frank's boss sure does sound like Phil Hartman

It took me a minute to figure out where I had heard that voice before. Wow he sounds an awful lot like Phil Hartman. Anyone else hear it?

Yes!!!! That's what I thought! I had to look it up to see who it was. I totally heard Hartmans voice.

I was thinking he looks a little like Franklin Sherman from the tv show The Critic.

Are you talking about the CEO he meets at the football game? Pretty sure that's Gary Cole from Office Space. His other boss is David Koechner aka Todd Packer from The Office.

Yeah the CEO guy. He is a dead ringer for Phil Hartman. Gary Cole has be heavily influenced by Phil's voice. He must have been a fan at some point. It is just nice to almost have Phil back to life for a moment.
