Yes yes, totally. He sounds exactly like David Herman's Jimmy Witchard voice, only more coherent.

Well, I can't say I thought so because I knew who it was from the get go but I can see how you would make the comparison. Burr's voice is very similar to Paulsen's typical cartoon voice if Paulsen were to try for a Boston accent(oh, and swore worse than a sailor on shore leave lol).
