So, for me this movie just came and went. i wouldn't even know about it if it wasn't for a friend telling me about it.

Is there any word on the sequel? Or will they just stop at one book like a bunch of other films? (Golden compass, Mortal instruments, Beautiful creatures, I am number four, Last airbender etc.)

Not sure. This one isn't exactly big budgeted. The next 2 books (Mr. Murder, I Don't Want To Kill You) will require more budget.
