Is Durst a sociopath?
Yes or no?
shareNo.
Aspergers' (according to Wiki (facial tic) - schizotypal, paranoid, factor 1 psychopath - would be my diagnosis, without actually examining him it's just a guess based on watching the show. He is utterly remorseless, makes up fanciful stories and then believes them, and I would bet even money that he could pass a lie detector.
He also has fluid on the brain, which could cause all sorts of bizarre behavior.
That will be five cents please...
Why do you people constantly ask this same question about things you clearly know nothing about?
ARe you just fascinated with psychology or something?
Go take a course.
And fer gawdsake stop watching that CSI Criminal Minds hogwash.
People love to throw around sociopath And psychopath because they read an issue of Cosmopolitan. Pure idiocy. I agree with you in both respects.
shareI think there is a decent chance he's either a sociopath or narcissist, but I'm leaning more towards sociopath. It is believed he murdered 3 people, so... you know. Lack of conscience, no remorse.
Also, it was stupid of him to go on camera and be interviewed (but I'm glad he did). He doesn't seem like the brightest bulb in the bunch, and I think this is one of the reasons why his brother runs the company and he does not.
He obviously really blew it for himself at the very end of the series.
What a nut!
