According to Doubleday the film version of The Circle will release early December 2016 (exact date tk) and will open wide. It will propably have some additional release dates in late November 2016 and early January 2017.

So hopefully we get some kind of trailer this fall if we get that winter release... that poster is starting to erk me XD

I think that the 1st look will arrive soon...I can't stand on that poster too !

It will probably screen in a big festival this Fall, maybe Telluride or AFI, and then theaters. I wouldn't advise releasing it wide in late December because competition will be huge.

I agree. I hoped for a screening in Venice or TIFF but it wasn't selected so Telluride or AFI would be nice too. According to Doubleday it will go wide in early December so I think it's safe.

It wasn't selected or it wasn't even sent? Maybe they are hoping for Telluride or AFI, before going wide in early Dec. We might have a teaser coming out pretty soon if that happens.
