S T U P I D !

I already have a problem with shows like this and Gotham. They claim to be prequels, yet want to include all the characters from the current storyline in the present. If you want a Superman show, make a Superman show. If you want a Batman show make a Batman show. But this idiocy of finding ways to put present day characters in a history where they don't belong is pathetic.

But last night's episode reached a new level of stupidity. Is there precedent for last night's moronic revelation? Zod is Jor-El's brother, Superman's uncle? Did this also happen in the comics universe? This is probably the dumbest story arc I've ever heard of, and that includes the Spider-Man clone story.....
