HUGE plot hole

As soon as Prince ordered his traders to go to cash, he not only betrayed a MASSIVE conflict of interest between his presidential campaign and his business, but committed a MASSIVE breach of his fiduciary responsibility to his investors. He opened himself up to HUGE lawsuits and would almost instantly lose his SEC license. When it his the news he'd not only lose the Presidency but his whole business. He'd have some personal wealth, at least until the lawsuits were settled, but that's it.

And my biggest problem with the last half of this season is everyone on Axe's team keeps acting like they're making it up as they go along and like there's no, long clever plan to take Prince down. The audience is supposed to essentially be a fly on the wall in all the meetings of Axe's team yet they're all sitting around saying: "oh my gosh what do we do???!!!" when they should be discussing the next step of the plan and being pleased when Prince does something they've maneuvered him into rather than acting all down-cast like he's out-thought them again.
