This movie will never be translated to my lenguage, so Im curious.
How does it end? Is her transformation huge like Brundlefly's, or just like we can see in the trailer?

What you see in the trailer is her "final" stage. It goes no further. Her transformation is nowhere near the level of Brundlefly, nor is it's phases handled with such patience and intelligence. Overall, not a bad movie by any criteria, but the makeup/transformation leaves something to be desired if your benchmark is The Fly (1986).
