The atomic breath attack
The big scene in this film where Godzilla obliterates Tokyo with his atomic beam, is very dramatic. It makes me feel like he is punishing mankind. The beam is not just a byproduct of nuclear contamination or mutation. It is also filled with an immeasurable rage, which I think is why the beam itself has two forms. First it's like a flamethrower, and then his emotions boost it to the full destructive beam in its final form.
