Michelle's Mum was the Catalyst

The other sad aspect of this is if Michelle's mum had given at least a damn
and reported Michelle missing & stayed on it,
there might have been a different outcome.
There would have been a lot of people that saw Michelle & Deanna
that day, asking for directions. Her abduction involved more witnesses than
Amanda & Gina's.
The cashier and several customers would have seen Michelle leave with Castro.
They would have been able to give a good description.
Understanding that she was an adult however she was in the process of trying
to regain custody of her child & was mentally challenged & 4'2 in stature,
she's a memorable person.
All that would have been required was due diligence on her families part.
Castro said he didn't see one poster or hear of one vigil for Michelle.



For me her mum was the catalyst. Castro became emboldened,thus kidnapping
Amanda & Gina & also treated Michelle w/ more contempt because no one gave a damn.

Worse case of neglect I have ever heard of.
