That is one hell of an airport they are proposing. 50,000 acres. the largest airport in the USA is Denver at 33,000 acres. i wonder how far it is supposed to be from the main house on the ranch. their ranch is so big they may be able to sell that tract and never see a plane.

IIRC, they mentioned the ranch was about half million acres. If the airport is on one side of the ranch, they wouldn't see a plane.
