Am I the only one that thinks half a billion is not enough.
It seems like they can negotiate better than 500 million.
But then again Beth is an investor and could make that money work itself.
Not being American I have no idea about land values over there. I guess it would depend on how much the land could be developed or not. In the show itself it seems to be seen as a great deal even by Beth who is very cynical. I guess they could have made it a billion but that would still not be enough considering the sentimental value.
