Who are going to be the antagonists in this movie? Kingpin, Purple Man, the Luke Cage and Iron Fist villains, and/or something else?

shareMY main guess is its likely going to be The Hand and likely putting a stop to whatever greater plan there going to be putting into motion. We saw hints of it Daredevil and it will likely be revisited in Iron Fist (I think the Chinese Lady will likely be directly tied if not the main antagonist of Iron Fist). He'll probably be the one to uncover whatever there really up to and this likely forces The Hand to launch their plans and forces the four Defenders to join forces.
