Nah, they've referenced two different presidents in the MCU so far (Ellis in IM3 and AoS and Obama got a mention in Luke Cage) so not President... But I could definitely see her as some higher-up in the New York city or state government leading a crackdown against vigilantes. Or it could be as simple as her being the DA prosecuting Luke.

Yes because when he's being mentioned in the same song as Clinton, that pre-dated the show and mentions Obama BECAUSE he's the president, that makes things totally different >.>

He could be a guy who ran for president but lost, resulting in the "Yes we can" joke. He would still be considered an important African America figure in politics. Also, it is 2016 in the MCU, which makes it an election years. Obama could be running for president instead of Hillary Clinton in this reality as well. Point is, the words President and Obama never popped up in the same sentence.

And then Mephisto is the series' Thanos, appearing for one or two episodes in every season and then becomes a prominent figure on the last season. I hope they'll get Lars Mikkelsen to play him.

It will be a Joker in The Dark Knight type role where she will be a mysterious criminal who offers to take out The Vigilantes (The Defenders) of the boroughs for the criminals for a price, which is her employers/partners (The Hand) being allowed to takeover the city.
