Typhoid Mary is very likely. She's a member of The Hand, she has many different superpowers (so she can battle all of the Defenders), and she has multiple personalities (so you need a really good actress)

People have been suggesting Mephisto since The Hand are Devil worshipers. (Does it become more or less racist if the nefarious Japanese ninja cult serves a Caucasian being?) The being The Hand serve is clearly gong to be Elekra. That was the point of The Black Sky plot, to position the character as their inevitable leader. Elektra is the supposed demon (Black Sky) that will go around killing everything.

Incredible cast! Just goes to show how BIG Marvel has gotten, that they can get someone like SW. Also speaks to the regard the Netflix shows are held.

Morgan is more of an Avengers foe so they probably have the rights to use her if they want.
