Will this have a sub-genre like the other shows?
What I love most about the netflix series is that each of the character's shows have such a distinctive style to them with a specific subgenre in addition to the action/superhero category.
Daredevil = Mob/Gangster Crime Drama
Jessica Jones = Neo-Noir
Luke Cage = Blaxploitation
Iron Fist = Kung Fu
It will be interesting to show these styles converge into one cohesive show and I wonder if it'll have a unique aesthetic to it. Hopefully they have something in mind to make this special. What genre/style could they adopt? Or could it succeed simply being a sci-fi fantasy superhero team up?
