Well, you're more than welcome to your opinion, as that is your right. But don't pretend like your opinion is that of the masses.
It's been Marvel's long-stated stance that the movies exist inside one of the many parallel universes (specifically Earth-199999). It's the same reason that things like the What If? micro-universes, the animated series' (Earth-92131), the Ultimate universe (Earth-1610), and the 2099 universe (Earth-928) (to name a few) are different from the main universe (Earth-616).
Look, you can rant and rave until you're blue in the face (much like I do about Apple), but don't think that because you, or a select few, disagree with the choices made or the way things are done, that it constitutes reason for Marvel to jump to those whims and change things.
Daredevil and Jessica Jones have been widely popular because they balance the comic book-esque creativity with grittier stories and more widely-accepted content, and soon Luke Cage, Defenders, Iron Fist, and possibly The Punisher will release and stand the test to see if they can be as popular.
TL;DR: I'm glad to hear you have an opinion, but don't think that opinion entitles you to tell Marvel they're wrong when the majority says they're right.
Disclaimer: These are my opinions. You're welcome to not agree with them, just don't be an ass.
