I liked it,never noticed Jamie was in it.

First thing, sick of reading rubbish from neo nazis on IMDB pages about films about World War 2 or the Holocaust.
They don't usually have a new way of looking at things or new information, they are nearly always just revisionists

So to the film, never noticed Jamie was in this,I mean I know he was in it but his performance was so good I was thinking about the character not the actor.

(To most of us Brits Jamie is the star of THE FALL not 50 Shades so this film is not a comeback because he has never been away)

The film is convincing and great looking.
The acting is fine throughout and the period feel is good.

A lot of people do not seem to like this film,I think this is because they expected a fast paced action film.

This is not an action film, there is as much character development as action in this.

This is not a documentary and you don't need any prior knowledge of the war to enjoy it.

I have to mention the language issue.
I honestly don't understand people who complain that it is not in Czech.
English is one of the world's major languages and this is a British-Czech Republic co production?

So they made it in English to sell it round the world? who is going to fund a film with limited potential sales due being in a minority language?
The Czechs could have made this film in Czech but it would have been a much smaller budget production and it would not be shown around the world?

Of course countries make films in their own languages and I often am happy to watch them with english subtitles but in the real world I don't mind english with accents in films such as this.

If the characters spoke english without an accent would we think that the agents were Irish?

Completely agree with Jamie did a great job and unfortunately it can't over shadow 50 *beep* of embarrassment. I gets why 1st half of the movie is slow. They developed the characters & told you the tiny bit of back story. As far as accent is concerned I believe half cast was Czech if British and Irish cast kept there accents that would be a bad move by the director.

When the credits rolled I thought, "oh, so that's Jamie Dornan". Having never seen 50 Shades nor The Fall, I'd never seen him before.
