Why the silly English accents?

Ok movie but a bit of putting by the talking with those silly accents would of been better subtitles more realistic

you're nuts if you think this was an "ok" movie. the movie shook me up so badly i had to go and hug my dog afterwards just to calm my nerves. but i agree with you about the accents. my only complaint about this movie is the casting of 2 irish actors to fake czech/slovak accents. they sounded russian to me if anything (not really though).

The English in this movie was spoken with a CZECH accent. No one spoke with an English accent.

For every animal bought, a shelter animal dies.

These accents were there to give an aire of authenticity I imagine. The characters weren't English were they.
