IGN is showing the season 2 premier plus a lucy lawless/bruce campbell q&a after show on their facebook page. Check it out, it's free and it is awesome.

It depends, you may be region blocked. For instance in Australia you have to subscribe to Stan (Despite it's lame name Stan offers surprisingly good content.) whereas in the UK I believe Virgin Media's the go to group.

Don't need Cable or Satellite for Starz anymore. They have a Streaming package for $8.
