Best war film since Black Hawk Down?

I loved this film. I was backpacking through Thailand at the time of the release and ended up seeing it twice in cinemas while overseas. Since then I have just watched it two more times.. one with a girl I'm seeing and another with my parents (I'm 26). I really think this is one of Michael Bay's best work.. I know that's not saying much but he has done some decent stuff in the past. I'm British/Canadian. I love this film. It has the perfect soundtrack. The sound design is phenomenal. The acting is surprisingly good especially from James Badge Dale, Jon Krasinski and the CIA chief from Breaking Bad who I don't know the name of. I literally tear up at the end of the film when Jack is on the phone in the airport talking to his wife. I've watched this film many times and my emotions have run from shaky emotional to tearing up. Kudos to Krasinski for doing a great action/dramatic role. The film just oozes authenticity and it's well made in every corner IMO. Sorry for the essay I'm drunk!

It comes very close to Black Hawk Down. 13 Hours has definitely done Michael Bay proud, considering his recent offerings before this.

No I think Lone Survivor is better than both BHD and 13 hours, if you havent seen it, you should check it out.

It is the least accurate one I bet though.
The final conflict never really happened in that movie.
I like this one and BHD the best for sure but Lone Survivor had its moments too.
