I loved this movie. There were inconsistencies but overall SOLID THRILLER. One thing I noticed right away with the turkey baster was the pretty large amount of semen this dude was heating up. I mean how big a load does this guy shoot? Lol Also...I imagine microwaving it kills all the sperm which I just had to Google to see how long it lives outside the body...about 20 minutes. So there's no way unless he just jerked off that that *beep* would even be viable. Now I just watched this movie by myself in a theater I was completely alone in and I did cover my eyes a few times. Did he jerk off right before that scene and I missed it? I'm serious. Just FYI I am a married 37 year old mother so I am not ignorant to this *beep* Lol

LOL Wasn't he heating it up on a stove and then sucked it up in the baster? I guess he froze a bunch in the freezer? Although Cindy was pregnant so why he still needed it I'm not sure.

Yea, the film kinda glosses over this since it's more about the tension that the reveal causes. The film makes the scenario plausable enough to suspend your disbelief.

Sperm 100% can be frozen, thawed, then used for fertilization. It probably takes much more care than presented in the film, but suspension of disbelief.

I will agree, it doesn't make a whole lot of sense for him to keep so much semen on hand if Cindy was already pregnant (maybe he just had a surplus?), but again, artistic license to create a scene.

It's possible he stored the leftover semen just in case Cindy had a miscarriage or tried to abort the fetus. But then again, he's still alive, so he can still jerk off to get more semen. Artistic license it is!

I noticed that too! I think just to show people who might not know what he was doing WHAT HE WAS DOING lol some people are ignorant to such things ?

thats a lot of semen too, like sheesh. thats not a normal amount. that is too copious an amount, that baster was huge. what was he, half man half horse..ugh eww

Not to mention ... he basically said, "Nine months from this moment you will give me a baby." How does he know she's even ovulating?? And even on the slim chance that she was, isn't conception on this one try still a pretty long shot? I guess it was a clever/shocking twist, but dang, was this scene ridiculous.
