[SPOILERS] Whose body was the man dragging in the beginning?

The film starts with what appears to be the blind dude dragging a body of a blonde female, who looks like Rocky. I thought this might've happened just before he knocked her down near the car, but it's very clear that the body was leaving a huge blood trail. So what is this supposed to be? Any explanation?

It's Rocky, after he knocks her out by the car and is dragging her back to his house near the end. The "blood trail" was just marks on the road, you can see in the wider shot before it starts zooming in on her that it's all over the road.
