When the cops went to the house to take the blind man to the hospital, how did they miss the torture chamber? I assume that they had to go down the ladder to take him to the hospital, there is no way one could miss something that incriminating. Also the guy named Money, wasn't his body in a trash bag? Would that not be suspicious at all?

Then, whenever the cops arrived they had no reason to look downstairs.
The body wasn't in a bag, but was shot through the head and then stabbed through the chest with garden shears, so if and when they conducted an autopsy them might be suspicious. He would just tell the truth, I was fighting the other one and stabbed the dead one by mistake.

In the small amount of time between Rocky leaving and the police arriving, he could have brought the bodies upstairs and sealed off the basement. With a torture chamber downstairs, he may have made a plan to cover it up so no one even knows there is a basement. Like with a secret portable wall or something covering the door to it. I dunno.. but even if that's not the case, having a torture chamber isn't a crime when there's no proof he uses or has ever used it to actually torture someone.

The cops were literally pulling up as she was running off, and she just left him beaten and bloody on the kitchen floor nowhere near dungeon. Your trying to say he went down there, hid a bunch of stuff in "another room" as a blind man, and somehow did all of this in like 10 seconds? It's a horrible plot hole is what it is, of which this stupid movie has tons.
shareI think the movie was pretty solid up until the ending with him still being alive. In reality though it's just a news report of what appears to be the story, but it's taking place before the cops are done with the investigation so real life there is a follow up report a few days later that reveals disturbing details that have emerged from the police investigation. They would find blood from everyone in the house including the missing girl, it would be odd that he keeps semen ready to go next to a little sex swing type contraption and yea one of the bodies being wrapped in plastic etc. As long as they don't try and make a sequel I'll let it go.
shareHow did a blind man kidnap the girl in the first place. Why did she have, and how did she get that newspaper clipping with the story about her being missing? How did the blind man set up all the traps, pillows, chains...? Did he have help? And surely he wasn't seriously thinking of allowing her to go as he said once the baby was born? Plot hole? Chasm!
