Plot holes and silliness galore!

So many great elements in this film and good performances all around, but completely spoiled by silly 'movie logic' and suspension of disbelief.

Apparently a slightly built woman can recover from broken bones in a matter of minutes - these can be clearly heard crunching when she wakes from the fall in the air vent. She can also take the full force of a punch in the face from a muscularly built, physically fit grown man, several times, with no concussion, loss of consciousness, teeth or even a burst lip, broken nose or black eye.

Police can't find evidence of 3rd intruder, despite items of her clothing being left behind at the scene as well as a ton of fresh blood DNA evidence and her fingerprints all over the place. I can just about excuse them for not finding the dead girls body hidden in his basement floor.

Blind army vet doesn't check to make sure people he's 'killed' are actually dead. Seems kind of daft given he's blind, and the only means of him checking is a very physical hands on confirmation, rather than a glance like a sighted person would. Blind man who's home has been invaded by unknown number of people takes word of intruder as truth, then immediately goes to his secret money hidey-hole. Completely blind man has plenty of lighting in his home, why? How the hell did he capture his daughters killer to begin with?

People can have their wind pipe repeatedly crushed by a powerfully build grown man without any ill effects whatsoever.

I've just finished watching, and these are the standout plot holes and massive suspensions of disbelief this film expects us to swallow. I'm sure there are more.

They would have checked the guys' phones/phone records and seen they were collaborating with a third person.

It also would have been obvious the younger boy bled and tried to escape before he died. His blood and tracks must have been all over.

I was expecting much more.

The guy was about to get shot, so the vet assumed he must be telling the truth about the numbers.

That girl was caught when she came to apologise for killing his daughter.

My assumptions!

Everything else is on point. Lots of silly things happening that just don't fit in with real life burglary.

I thought of that, too, but then how come cops didn't think to go to the old man first when she went missing? It would have been logical to check the guy who had a huge grudge against her!
And about the ending - how come cops didn't find the obvious evidence of someone being tied up in the basement for a long time?
Really annoying plot holes.

(Sorry for my English, not my native tongue.)
