Unless it's a video for the old Fleetwood Mac album title song (whose sports marching band guest appearances CAN scare) then I doubt most have familiarity..maybe a IMDB link in your post could be edited in and help?
I looked it up..came out in 2014 and is by "Jay and Silent Bob" series creator KEVIN SMITH of all people.....(did the Fleetwood Mac iconic song hit appear..as I notced, the guest appearance of a sports marching band and the increasingly intense dramatic march music can be creepy as well as the cheering..)
Tusk started out good, and creepy. Up until that Johnny Depp Inspector Clouseau knockoff entered the picture. At that point it veered off into self-parody. Smith pissed away all the unnerving buildup once that character showed up.
Logan, buddy. It's me, Deadpool! I shot youuuuuu....
Don't know why this movie is getting so much buzz.
Really I don't know why people don't understand why the movie is getting so much buzz.
It's tied for the 3nd highest rated horror flick in this decade(25,000+ votes) with The Conjuring, only bested by The Conjuring 2 at 7.6/10 and What We Do in the Shadows 7.6/10. Plus reviews from everywhere have been exemplary.
Tusk was just bizarre and had zero scare factor, no thrilling suspenseful atmosphere. It was gimmicky and not far off from being Human Centipede esque in theory. What in the world made you pick that to compare to this anyway?
