I wish more movies would have the balls to set up the unhappy ending and then stick to it! The moment the blind man walked up to the girl with the turkey baster cut to black roll credits.
shareI don't know if I'd call it balls to end it so, but I was expecting it to end around here on an unhappy note, since it began with the girl being dragged back to the house. If they did end it here it would feel too much like an exploitation film.
As others have said the guy surviving the glass fall and what followed really pushed suspension of disbelief. But not a cop out, at all.
