Called The Collector..
Very similar concept.. A thief breaks into a house but stumbles across someone inside already with a particular set of skills. I wasn't really impressed with Don't Breathe but maybe that's because I was much more impressed with The Collector and I saw that first.

Don't Breathe was not a movie badly made... it's just that I stayed "unsatisfied" (don't know how else to put it). I found it pretty ordinary and was always waiting for something to make me go like "Ohhhh! NICE! This is something else!". It just wasn't for me I guess.
The Collector, now that was something though. And yes horror, unlike Don't Breathe. A few blood spatters... to me that's not horror.
Haven't seen either Don't Breathe or The Collector but Don't Breathe is the one with the good reviews while The Collector was panned.
