Is artifical insemination rape?

He said he would never force himself on a woman and was not going to "rape" her. I think he saw it as more of a medical procedure. How do you see it? Discuss...

Yes I would say its rape if its forced, but the first woman he had down there who killed his daughter was never forced like he did on Rocky..or tried to do...she have agreed to have his child if she got released with some money after 9 months...but he sure was guilty of kidnapping.

Why are so many people confused about rape laws? You cant give consent based on a threat. If that was the case most rapes wouldn't be illegal. You cant hold a knife to someone throat and tell them to have sex with you and they live, and then claim it was consensual.

How would that even work in this situation?? ...She tells the police...'Yes he kidnapped me, and chained me up in a filthy basement for a year, which was wrong, but I was OK with him sticking a turkey baster up me and pumping me full of warmed up jizz as he said he wouldn't kill me if I was OK with it all.'

No it was 100% rape...and you are 100% scary to think otherwise.

Well legally speaking it would be rape, given the updated definition of rape, which is sexual intercourse without consent, or sexual penetration of the genital regions without consent. So legally speaking the turkey baster method and what he was doing would be defined as rape, he just was not forcing himself on her.

Yes it is.

What is the purpose of this question? What he did is just as messed up as the more "traditional" method. Both actions would likely get you the same legal punishments in a court. Both are morally wrong for the same exact reasons. The blind guy's justification that he was doing things a better way is pretty naive.
