Disguise or twin sister?

My hazardous guess is a twin sister separated at birth. Nature gifted both with talents. While Five was pursued for taking the blink drive chip, it might be her sister's activities that made Five a particular person-of-interest.

It's probably a trap setup by the woman pursuing Five so its really Five playing infiltrator.

Or a clone. In 2-07 she did use transfer transit. Being the last one out her data might still be in the system and Reynaud could make another her with modifications.

My first thought was she was the Emily from the alternate universe.
But I think there are a lot of possibilities...*

A flashback, from future or past. Or a clone, either transfer transit, or the real thing (going Orphan Black)
Twin would be fun. Disguise is plausible, but i don't know
