Survive having her atoms scattered all over the place. I doubt she would survive a large explosion that would cause catastrophic damage to her body. There's only so much damage the nannites can fix.
shareWhat with nanites not being real and all they can pretty much do whatever the writers decide they can do. Logic has not played much of a part in this show up till now so why would you think they would start with season 3?

They'll resume 5 minutes earlier than the explosion and reveal the amazing escape. I sorta expect the ALT Five from the other dimension to be involved somehow. That's who I think snuck over.
Season 3's first episode will open with them explaining how everyone got out without a scratch. They already killed one for the shock (and for being a boring character/actor), they can't afford to kill anyone else so fast since it won't really be a big of a impact.
They'll wait until like season 4 to kill some crew member.
My current favorite theory is that next season we'll get the Rasa crew from the alternative universe instead, because the original crew indeed has died (save for five and four).
