Tyrell/Mr Robot
If Tyrell knew about Mr Robot and Elliot being different personalities, so you think he would help Elliot, or would keep in Mr Robot's side, having in count he's mostly interacted with him (we think, so far)?

I don't think he knows Mr Robot and Elliot are different personalities yet (given this show is..well, this show, he might turn out to be in the update all along, but so far he's behaved with Elliot as if Elliot should know what the heck he's about so I'll guess no so far or he can't at least tell them apart).
I'm merely speculating in the hypothetical case he eventually finds out; with both personalities often at odds he could be asked to choose sides.
I think that right now if he just stumbled into it (as he kind of already has), Tyrell would not be happy about it. He's already figured that Elliot needed a slug in the gut for the weird way he's been acting. He even said something along the lines of Elliot having warned him about having to use the weapon, but now he understands that it's against Elliot himself, not some 3rd person.
But if Angela were to sit Tyrell down and explain the Elliot and his father thing via the dissociative identity disorder, and that Mr. Robot is the true master of the 5/9 plan and subsequent stages, then yes, Tyrell might be a little less trigger happy.
WHO KNOWS MR. ROBOT? Correct me if I'm wrong below:

-- Ray: he's read the journal, yes? Or at least he's mentioned that he knows that Elliot is talking to someone else.
A list of people that have interacted with Mr. Robot, but didn't know it (thought it was just Elliot being different / weird).

It's also worth noting not everyone is going to realize there are two different distinct personalities. Just that Elliott has memory issues and drastically odd mood swings.
