It would've been hilarious if they busted in while Thanos was jacking off; or while he's taking a dump. Like imagine CM bursting in and knocking him off the toilet. Then he grabs a log of turd and lobs it at her face, blinding her, and causing her to blast her photon beam, and hitting the other Avengers.

I don't know who did it first, but it wasn't Game of Thrones. It happened in Friday the 13th: Part V (1985), Young Guns (1988), Unforgiven (1992), and probably others that are older than Game of Thrones.
