Wouldn't some people reappear in front of a moving bus?

Short answer: no

The Russos have explained that Banner, being a genius as well as the Hulk, is smart enough to anticipate that problem and work around it. The snapped would all be returned safely to their respective worlds.

Many problems still remain, though, consequences of the snap that are NOT fixed.

Collateral deaths are apparently permanent. If you died on a plane that crashed because the pilot was snapped, the pilot returns but you stay dead.

If you were married and your spouse wasn't snapped, your widow/widower may well have remarried and had more kids in your absence.

The universal economy will take a massive hit with double the consumers and half the infrastructure to support them.

And so on.

Bottom line, the Russos wanted the snap to have permanent consequences, even after it was reversed. Simply putting things back the way they were would've been selfish to all the trillions born after the snap. Kids like Morgan Stark would simply be erased. Instead, the snapped return, and somehow the universe has to adjust to their reappearance.

So no immediate deaths from Banner's snap, but tons of issues. Just not plot-hole issues

The way I see it is that the infinity stones themselves when they are are all together i.e. connected in one single system like the gauntlet, and then they are being used by a conscious mind they then have there own consciousness. I've been thinking about this a lot recently because I also read that one of the problems with Thanos' plan is that he wishes to kill half of all life, however if one of the people dusted happened to be the pilot of a plane carrying 60, and none of the people got dusted then there is an extra 60 people who have been killed as a result of this which would tip the scales to over a half given the size of the universe.

My point is that the stones are all an essential element to the existence and function of the entire universe, therefore when they are used together and a pilot is dusted by the snap and 60 people die as a result of the snap then there will be 60 people somewhere else on the planet who would have been spared being turned into dust.

So even if professor hulk only asked the stones to bring back everyone who got wiped out as apart of Thanos' snap then it would ultimately put those people in a safe situation, simply because if they were put into a situation that was life threatening they would die instantly and the request wouldn't have been fulfilled. I know that in far from home it shows the school band being brought back in the exact same place they were when they came back, however this wasn't a situation that would have killed them, and I think the stones, all together, are smart enough to know this because they are the building blocks of everything that exists.
