Misogynists and racists COMPLAIN gender and race shouldn't be a factor

That's their notion of equality... They see non-whites and non-males being promoted and they complain that it's unfairly focusing on race and gender. The idea is that race and gender shouldn't be a factor, right... So promotion is discrimination against the non-promoted.

Sometimes they even claim to be above race and gender.

But wait... If gender and race don't matter, then why are they complaining about the MINOR and likely temporary (or limited) scaleback of overt white domination and overt male domination?

I love watching people contradict themselves. Knee-jerk "anti" types always do this, largely because their entire social belief system depends solely on complaining about the ideals of others.
