What is next for MCU now that it's two founding members are not in it! Who should be the new leading character of the MCU? Although she his powerful Cap Marvel lacks any charisma and a lot of people find her annoying. Thor is now with the Guardians (Still not sure I like the idea)...So I do think Black Panther or Spider man will be the best poster child for the new MCU going forward. What would be your choice?
shareSpider-man is still a kid really, so he's not really suited to a leadership role at this time. Black panther has some merit, since he's already the leader of Wakanda. Thor is the natural choice, but as you say, he's gone off with the Guardians now.
What about Dr. Strange? After all, he was the one in IW who did what was necessary to make sure the winning timeline happened. He keeps a cool head, and takes the logical, rational course of action.
Anyone but Capt. Marvel. If she became leader now, it would feel rushed and like she didn't earn it the way the others have.

shareI doubt that Falcon (as Captain America) would be the leader of new Avengers because all this time, a very long time, Captain America was so prominent (along with Iron Man.) I think it would be boring and repetitive if the new Avengers use Captain America in such a role, again.
I will go with Captain Marvel. Because she's basically Marvel's Superman and how can you have a Justice League without Superman? However, Superman has Batman. Captain Marvel needs to have her Batman. A weaker character but one that can rival her. I don't know. Looks like Captain Marvel has no weakness...
Maybe Disney will bring in Richard Reeds from Fox? He looks capable.
I am looking forward a good adaptation of the Fantastic Four. Reed is a really great character but Fox never got him right, they never got Doom right either...Scratch that they never got any of the Fantastic four right
