Some People Need to Drop the Russos are Liars Narrative

Not so much here but there are some Youtube Influencers who like running with the; Marvel Lies, the Russos Lie, their Trailers are lies.

The duo have been maintaining, and i don't even consider it CYA either, that they try very hard to maintain the movie experience for audiences by not giving away too much in their previews and trailers. It appears, and I take them at their word, that they sincerely and honestly don't want to spoil the movie or give away too much. I don't believe that there is any ill will in their misdirection.

With the now ever present leaking of parts of the film I believe that the two are rightfully saddened that a few bad actors are willfully trying to spoil the fun for others. They have worked overtime at cost and money to protect the integrity of the movie and the integrity of the viewing experience.

I may have to ditch all social media for the next 10 days. I don't have tickets so i won't be there opening night or even the next day.

Not sure what you mean by the "Liar Narrative". You posted an interview with the Russos.

Almost every Marvel/DCEU film has been spoiled by insiders (reddit MarvelStudiosSpoilers), this is the first shitty phone-cam leak. Spoilers at MC are usually clearly marked.

I notice the thread with a link to the leaked video here was deleted. They also get deleted at reddit because piracy is a big concern. But the lead thread at above is a detailed description of the video.

I may have posted the wrong interview with the Russo brothers. The one I intended to post spoke to their strong conviction to maintaining a viewing experience for audiences in the age of high powered social media. The Russos have made every effort to market their film but maintain a cloak of secrecy about the actual film itself so that audiences can enjoy the film without knowing any plot points.

Some youtubbers have taken to calling the Russo brothers liars for the Hulk in Wakanda trailer when the Hulk never appeared post his fight with Thanos. Some fans felt cheated and thought that scene was done to trick them. It was.

I believe that the people who are calling the Russo's liars are mostly fanboys who feel they are privileged to know everything about a movie before it premieres, so they can appear smarter and more informed than the rest of us. All they appear as are whiny momma's boys who like to sit in the theater while the movie is running and spoil it for the rest of us by saying things like "Watch this! So and so is going to do this to that guy and this really cool!" No-one thinks someone who does that is smarter or well informed. They just think that they are a jerk.
