SPOILER REVIEW (Covering the deaths in the film.)

Okay, so here I go. Let's break down the movie bit by bit: Within the first 10 minutes of this movie we get not one, but TWO major deaths!!!! Heimdall, and Loki. Remember, this is within the FIRST TEN MINUTES!!!! Our NEXT major death we see is Gamora dying. Now, this was hinted at a few times in the beginning of the movie, but around the halfway point Thanos Sacrifices her to get the soul stone, one of the saddest deaths in the film, in my opinion. Next Vision dies. Not once, but TWICE do we get to see Vision die!! The first time Wanda destroys the Mind Stone so Thanos can't have it, killing Vision in the process. This is the LAST STONE that Thanos needs to complete the Infinity Gauntlet. But, surprise, surprise, Thanos has already taken possession of the Time Stone, and rewinds time just so Wanda can watch the Mind Stone be ripped from his forehead yet again. Now that Thanos has the Gauntlet completed the Infinity Gauntlet, you can guess what he does with it. Snaps his fingers and wipes out half of humanity. The list of people who die include Peter Quill, Wanda, Black Panther, Doctor Strange and MANY others, but there is one I would like to touch base on. That death is Peter Parker's. In my opinion this is the saddest death in the film, because of the true terror you see him experiencing. As Peter grasps Tony crying, "I don't wanna go sir... I don't wanna go! Please, sir..." We see him slowly desintigrate with tears in his eyes. Absolutely heartbreaking. Let me know your opinions of the saddest deaths please. And one more note! My favorite line in the entire movie was "That means go home, Squidward!" ~Tony Stark, 2018. What a great line. Thanks for reading, and let me know what you thought!

the next movie will have someone take the gauntlet from Thanos and undo everything.

Doesn't lessen the effect of their deaths in the film, as the characters don't know that. All they know is that they've been utterly defeated, and watched their friends and loved dissolve before their eyes. The film's ending was among the most haunting I can recall. Meanwhile, Loki's was the most gruesome, Heimdall's the most heroic, and Gamora's the most melancholy.

Now, I'm not ENTIRELY familiar with the original story, but didn't the Infinity Gauntlet in the movie break when Thanos snapped his fingers? I'm not quiet sure how that will come into play. But if you are right, I believe it's Adam Warlock that defeats him. Not entirely sure though, so don't quote me on that one.

Not exactly. In the comic Thanos makes himself one with the Universe in a nonbodily form and the Gauntlet lies on the ground unprotected. Nebula grabs it and uses it to undo everything Thanos did. Though in the end Warlock does get it from her and protects it.

Ah, I see. Then that is a little different from the film. I wonder where they will go with this one.

They'll probably do something similar in the next movie. Also he did have the infintiy gauntlet at the end of the movie. The thing with him without the Gauntlet and little Gamora was just him using the reality or mind gem to give him a vision of what he wants.

I knew going in that Probably it was going to end with a Haunting ending with Thanos snapping his fingers and Half the Heroes and world disappearing.....But still it was so Masterfully done, I felt every inch of sadness and its Depth...

fantastic ending....I think after we see Avengers 4 the ending will be even more powerful because I think The Original Avengers are going to have to sacrifice themselves to bring them back
