He Looked like several People....

But He also LOOKED Amazing...IMO one of the best CGI characters I've ever seen in a movie...I literally forgot he was CGI both times I saw it

I think this was probably one of the best motion capture jobs I've ever seen. You can actually see the emotions on Thanos's eyes and face. I don't think that was all technologies's doing though, Josh probably delivered a great performance as well.

As for the CGI itself, as good as it may look, it's never good enough for me when you mix it up with real life environments and characters. It always stands out and it's very clear that it's CGI. Unlike Avatar or Toy Story, for instances, both of which were full CGI movies.
