Absolutely! If he's not in this, this whole movie is irrelevant. Except for that cute kitten, who might deserve an Oscar nod.
shareAnakin is right. So as not to disappoint those who are expecting a major cameo, he's not actually in the movie per say, he just lends his voice for a bit. It's a pretty hilarious scene. I won't spoil it here though.

Oh, Keanu Reeves is in it. Did you not here about how he had a full body transplant? And trans species full body transplant at that. You heard right, he plays the kitten! He did all of his own stunts too! He is an amazing actor to go to such extremes just to play a role. I wonder if Keanu Reeves can get work now that he has a kitten's body though. I mean Hollywood is so Specist when it comes to cat actors.
