The hitmen that Key & Peele also play could be more interesting
Just two silent killers with long hair and deadly weapons; wish they had given them something interesting to say.

shareYeah, I was expecting to be more of a plot there.
shareI felt that was the point. They were so toned down and straight forward as to juxtapose them from Rell and Clarence who are over the top out there at whatever they are doing in the film. One is scared while the other is scary, one is compassionate while the other is unfeeling, one is talkative while the other is silent, etc... Simply put, they were two dichotomous pairs, both played by the same people.
The assassins were sometimes some of the subtle humor in the movie that requires thought. Some of the jokes in the film went over my head until about a second or two and I realized what they just did, THEN laughed. I was surprised to see that as most comedies are in your face with ALL of their laughs. My favorite bit about the assassins was how everyone knew specific details about what happened, yet no one lived through the assault. They never directly pointed out that part, but it brought a smile to my face when I realized that.
I thought the eventual joke with the Allentown Boys would be that when they finally did talk, their voices would be so high pitched that it'd be hilarious.

Yeah that was random not a single word.
Lose the Game!!!!!!!
I liked how they didn't talk, just gently kissed the kitten on the head.
shareDid you stay for the after credit scene?
