She is secretly a Drug Kingpin, and wanted to get back at Rell for breaking up with her by embroiling him in a gang war with her rival gang. The movie ends with the rival gang taking over her turf and her sent to jail only after Keanu claws her face, ruining her good looks and marking her as a enemy of The Kitty Kat gang to whom Keanu is the head of.
