I'd rate this a 2/10, 3/10 at the highest.
So boring, and the tedious narration, as well as the predictability of the plot and the rapid realization that you don't care about any of the character of the plot.
It is true that the viewer doesn't care about the characters for obviously reasons, but I appreciated the narration as it was well-written and revealed the psychology of a professional assassin.
I give it an easy 6/10.

And you know this how? Don't confuse TV garbage with reality. If TV was a guide there'd be hitmen on every black and hundreds of people assassinate every day.
I didn't confuse the movie with reality. I was speaking according to the 'reality' presented in the world of the movie. (Every movie has it's 'world' that the viewer has to be willing to enter into in order to appreciate it or 'buy' what's going on. When I watch Star Wars, for instance, I realize it's space fantasy).
While the psychology of the professional assassin -- as revealed in the narration -- was effective, I suppose the only way you'd really know if it's truly realistic is if you interviewed a hundred real-life occupational assassins and got their take. But, even then, people are unique and so just because the majority of assassins think a certain way doesn't mean every assassin thinks that way. As such, the reasoning elucidated in the protagonist's narration is certainly a possibility in real-life and it rang true to me, which shows that it was well-written.
Speaking of the uniqueness of people, I appreciated the way the movie illustrated that the protagonist suddenly showed signs that he was concerned about collateral damage in his line of work, which is a no-no for assassins and explains the way things pan out. Give the flick credit where it's due.

Yeah, most of it is toxic mental garbage, which includes this movie.
