I love singing, and I love Streep. This one should be good, and probably very gunning as well as very sad, touching.

Hear, hear! I just stumbled on this searching for something else; my mouth fell open. Jenkins has always fascinated me; you know Streep will knock it out of the park, as always!

Anyone who loves Florence should also check out Jonathan and Darlene Edwards (Jo Stafford murdering the standards).

Wow, I'd never heard about this act; I'll have to check them out! I'm crazy about Jo Stafford and Paul Weston; kind of a musical Nichols and May routine for them, huh? Thanks for the tip!

If you love singing, you may not love this movie. I discovered Florence Foster Jenkins some 30 years ago, and have not yet fully recovered from the experience.
