This is being filmed in London in May, June and July.

They both set their characters perfectly in that photo. This is going to be good.

I hope you're right. Fears has a good track record and, if he finds the right tone, Streep and Grant can certainly pull it off, but it will need a really good script. A little of Jenkin's actual singing goes a long way, and the joke wears thin very quickly.

First I'm hearing of this. I'm so glad Hugh finally has a chance to act with Meryl. When he presented her with the Golden Globe Award for Adaptation back in 2003, you could see that he was in awe of her.

Filming has been taking place in Liverpool this week (Monday 15th June to Wednesday 17th June) and on Thursday 18th, the crew moved up to Glasgow for more filming. On the Wednesday afternoon I watched the filming of a 'New York street scene' in Water Street,a side street down by the river Mersey. The cars looked wonderful.

Having now seen the dvd, the scene in Liverpool that I spent several hours watching being filmed, never made it into the final film. It didn't make the deleted scenes section either.
