He wasn't just fired just because of he court case, he was also fired because they were paying him a shit-ton of money and need to cut costs.
Seriously, the sharp decline in theater attendance and the financial failure if FB2, means that if there's ever going to be an FB3 and 4, the movies need to be made for less money. And Depp was expensive, he drew bad publicity, and nobody liked his performance. There will be other cuts, but he was first against the wall when the revolution came.
I think they could've renegotiated the contract or whatever they were paying him. If they fired him because he wouldn't take a pay cut, that would be understandable but, if it was for other reasons, then obviously that reason. Noticed the copy/paste from the Depp thread.

So when a judge ignore reality staring them in the face it usually means the judge is either incompetent or has been paid off. Given Heard is the most money hungry POS in the world, she would never spend money on a bribe when she could just perform sex acts instead. Maybe the world will get lucky and the corrupt judge's phone will get hacked and we can see her sucking the verdict her way.

I hear that a lot of people want Colin Farrell back, but it might not happen as filming for “The Batman” might not last for another while, however there are other actors who could do the part, Daniel Bruhl, Mads Mikkelson, Dan Stevens, Tom Hiddleston, Joaquin Phoenix (might not want to commit to 3 movies though), Ewan McGregor, or Michael Fassbender
shareI was one of those people. I didn't like Depp in the role as he played it too weird to be convincing as a charismatic archvillain. I thought that Colin Farrell and Mads Mikkelson were more convincing, particularly Farrell.
